急危重症吸附解决方案

重症患者机体受到感染之后,炎性反应呈级联式放大,而人体为对抗炎症反应而形成的代偿性反应综合征,一旦患者发生全身性炎性反应与代偿性抗炎反应紊乱,可以导致其体内的环境稳态被破坏,出现组织损伤,最终出现多种器官的功能衰竭[1]。健帆公司针对不同类型危重症患者提供吸附解决方案,健帆HA一次性血液灌流器,原研经典,广谱吸附,有效清除以炎症介质为代表的中大分子,可用于脓毒症[2-3]重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)[4-5]急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)[6-7]等炎症因子相关性疾病及心外科手术患者[8]CA330细胞因子吸附柱,中国首个获批医疗器械注册证的细胞因子吸附类产品,专用于脓毒症患者炎症早期或细胞因子风暴期。血液吸附危重症领域治疗模式多样,临床上可以根据实际情况单独灌流使用,也可与其他血液净化模式联合使用,如HP+HD/HDF/CVVH、PFAD/CPFA[17]、(PFAD-HD)/ CPFA-CRRT[17]、HP+CPB、HP+ECMO,进行全血或者血浆灌流治疗。

临床应用

急性中毒吸附解决方案

血液灌流可用于人体内内源性和外源性代谢产物、毒物及余量药物的清除,已被写入多项急性中毒专家共识,针对各类急性中毒患者,HA一次性血液灌流器,原研经典,足程净化,可用于有机农药中毒[1-5]药物中毒[6-7]除草剂中毒[9-13]毒蕈中毒[14-16]蜂蛰伤[17]等急性中毒的抢救治疗。临床上可以利用多类血液净化动力装置单独灌流使用,也可与其他血液净化器联合使用,进行全血或者血浆灌流治疗。可在灌流机(JF-800A),Future F20血液净化设备、透析机、CRRT机(如健帆DX-10)等多种血液净化设备上完成治疗。
